Ok its easy. hit the insert flash button. witch will bring up a code that looks like this (flash=200,200)(/flash). find your code at youtube use the url code that
looks like this take this out of the url http://youtube.com/watch?v=-8JUo3nFQ-I
afterwards add this to the code so it looks like this http://youtube.com/v/8JUo3nFQ-I. put his code in between the the flash code so that its like this
(flash=200,200)(/flash)

thats it the part you take out is always watch? and the = and just add a / after the little v thats it.

another note you can make the screen bigger by changing the 200,200 part of the flash code if you want it the original size put 425,350

and if you cant figure out the youtube code part you could also grab the html code this: <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="
right here---> <---"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

and just take out this part ~ ~  and put it in between the flash code

1 more last thing if you want the vid to play as soon as they open the post just put &autoplay=1 after the url  &autoplay=1
